mobility services.\nThe Global Mobility Specialist will be responsible for keeping mobility cases moving, coordinating across employees, internal teams, and external vendors, maintaining accurate and supporting employees through complex transitions while partnering closely with a senior program leader.\nWhat You'll Do\nMobility Operations & Case Management\nSupport the Senior Global Mobility Program Manager with the day-to-day administration and execution of the global mobility program.\nCoordinate domestic and international relocations, expatriate assignments, transfers, repatriations, and other mobility cases from initiation through completion.\nManage routine mobility cases and escalate complex, sensitive, or policy-related matters to the Senior Global Mobility Program Manager.\nTrack case milestones, required documentation, approvals, deadlines, and outstanding actions.\nCoordinate relocation logistics, including temporary housing, household goods, destination services, travel, and other applicable benefits.\nSupport assignment extensions, changes, repatriations, and assignment closeout activities.\nImmigration Coordination Support\nHelp coordinate with immigration counsel and employees on visa and work authorization processes.\nCollect and organize employee and company documentation required for immigration filings.\nTrack immigration case status, visa and work authorization expiration dates, and other critical deadlines.\nFollow up with employees, internal stakeholders, and immigration partners to keep cases progressing as needed.\nEscalate potential immigration or compliance risks to the Senior Global Mobility Program Manager and appropriate internal partners.\nEmployee Support\nServe as a day-to-day point of contact for employees participating in relocation or international assignment programs.\nGuide employees through mobility processes, timelines, documentation requirements, benefits, and available resources.\nRespond to routine questions related to relocation, immigration, reimbursements, and assignment logistics.\nProvide timely and thoughtful communication throughout the employee’s mobility journey.\nIdentify employee issues or exceptions requiring additional guidance and partner with the Senior Global Mobility Program Manager on resolution.\nVendor & Cross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate day-to-day activities with relocation providers, immigration counsel, tax advisors, and other mobility partners.\nPartner with People/HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Security, and other internal teams to support mobility cases.\nMonitor vendor deliverables and follow up on open items and service issues.\nAssist with reviewing mobility-related invoices and expenses for accuracy and alignment with program guidelines.\nProgram Administration & Reporting\nMaintain accurate mobility case records, employee data, documentation, and trackers.\nMonitor important dates, case status, costs, and program activity.\nPrepare recurring reports and provide program data to the Senior Global Mobility Program Manager.\nSupport mobility-related audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities.\nMaintain employee resources, process documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures.\nIdentify recurring operational issues and opportunities to streamline or improve mobility processes.\nSupport implementation of new mobility processes, tools, policies, and vendor programs led by the Senior Global Mobility Program Manager.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.\n2-4+ years of experience in Global Mobility, immigration, relocation, HR operations, or a related field.\nExperience coordinating multiple employee cases, projects, or workflows simultaneously.\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.\nAbility to manage deadlines, follow up proactively, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.\nComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and evolving environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting domestic and international employee mobility.\nFamiliarity with expatriate assignments, relocations, immigration processes, and mobility benefits.\nExperience working with immigration counsel, relocation management companies, tax providers, or other mobility vendors.\nFamiliarity with HRIS, case management, or global mobility platforms.\nExperience supporting a global mobility program within a rapidly growing
