This role will maintain and improve existing pages, build new digital experiences, and partner with our web agency, internal design team, business stakeholders and product marketers to create high-quality web experiences that clearly communicate Shield AI’s mission, products, and impact.\nWhat you'll do:\nWeb Experience & Production\nOwn UX and content journeys across Shield AI for key audiences, including customers, partners, policymakers, recruits, media, and industry stakeholders. \nMaintain, update, and improve existing website pages to ensure content accuracy, strong UX, and alignment with business priorities. \nBuild new web pages and digital experiences in partnership with our web agency and internal stakeholders. \nTranslate campaign, product, recruiting, and communications goals into clear, effective web experiences. \nUse WordPress to create, edit, QA, and publish website content. \nPartner with Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, Recruiting, and business stakeholders to develop web content and page structures. \nApply strong UX judgment to improve navigation, page flow, content hierarchy, conversion paths, and audience engagement. \nUse AI-enabled design and development workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, page production, and content refinement. \nCoordinate with agency partners on web design, development, maintenance, SEO, analytics, and technical improvements. \nMonitor web performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for content, UX, and conversion improvements. \nEnsure website updates meet brand, quality, accessibility, and performance standards. \nRequired qualifications:\n4+ years of experience in web experience, digital experience, web production, UX/content strategy, or a related field. \nBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, design systems, or front-end development workflows. \nExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple web updates, launches, and stakeholder requests. \nComfort working with AI-enabled tools for design, content, prototyping, development, or workflow acceleration. \nHands-on experience managing and publishing content in WordPress or a comparable CMS. \nStrong UX judgment with the ability to structure clear, intuitive digital journeys for multiple audience personas. \nExperience building, maintaining, and improving website pages in partnership with designers, developers, agencies, and internal stakeholders. \nStrong understanding of web content best practices, page hierarchy, SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and conversion optimization. \nExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple web updates, launches, and stakeholder requests. \nStrong writing, editing, and content organization skills. \nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience in aerospace, defense, national security, advanced technology, or B2B technology. \nExperience working with web agencies or external development partners. \nFamiliarity with analytics tools, heatmapping, A/B testing, SEO platforms, or web performance reporting.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3209,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":4,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Military Drones","Defense Manufacturing","Defense AI","Drone AI"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-24T23:51:56Z"}],"liveness":{"score":63,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.632,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":90,"reasons":["conf:0","stale_co","velocity","win:early","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-09-25T05:45:01Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":180000,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/shield-ai-growth-marketing-manager-web-experience-r6101","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/shield-ai-growth-marketing-manager-web-experience-r6101.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-26T03:01:20Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3235,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1765,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-27T00:00:00Z"}}}
