you'll do:\nAdminister and support Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence).\nDesign, configure, and optimize workflows, schemes, automation rules, and governance controls.\nDevelop and maintain REST API integrations, webhooks, and automation solutions.\nBuild and manage integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., DevOps toolchains, CI/CD platforms, identity providers, and collaboration tools).\nConfigure, manage, and support marketplace applications.\nAdminister Atlassian Access (SSO, SCIM provisioning, and security policies).\nDesign advanced dashboards, complex JQL queries, and executive-level reporting solutions.\nImplement and maintain data synchronization strategies between Atlassian and external systems.\nPerform system audits, health checks, and performance monitoring.\nDevelop technical documentation, standards, and integration guidelines.\nSupport cloud migrations and post-migration optimization initiatives.\nRequired qualifications:\n3+ years of Atlassian administration experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud environments.\nProven experience with Atlassian REST APIs, webhooks and automation frameworks, ScriptRunner (or similar automation tools), and integration with DevOps toolchains.Advanced knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations.\nExperience administering Atlassian Access (SSO, SCIM, and security controls).\nAdvanced JQL expertise and dashboard/report development.\nWorking knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience writing scripts (Python, Groovy, or similar).\nExperience managing enterprise-scale environments (1,000+ users).\nFamiliarity with ITIL, governance, and compliance frameworks.\nExperience with advanced reporting and analytics tools such as:\nPower BI integrations\nTableau integrations\nExperience integrating Atlassian products with
