must be willing to travel to client sites as needed.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide excellent technical support to more than 6,000 users across 200+ client organizations.\nDiagnose and resolve issues across a wide range of technologies.\nCommunicate clearly with users and teammates, and document issues and resolutions.\nAdapt to different client environments and take ownership of assigned work.\nTravel to client sites as needed to provide support.\nParticipate in a one-week on-call rotation approximately every 6-8 weeks.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nExperience supporting Windows 10/11 \nExperience supporting Apple macOS \nFamiliarity with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory \nFamiliarity with Cloud resources (Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive) \nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (G Suite) \nFamiliarity with ‘smart’ devices such as phones, tablets, etc. \nFamiliarity with automation and scripting such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python (bonus) \nKnowledge of common office communication applications such as Slack or Microsoft Teams (bonus) \nExposure to IT ticketing system (ConnectWise Manage/PSA an extra plus)\nJob
