You’ll be joining a diverse team of over 300 people who are always looking to deliver better outcomes for Australian businesses.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Creative Production Specialist at Shift, you will ensure our brand is presented clearly and consistently across every touchpoint. You’ll be hands-on in producing engaging design work, building robust templates for self-service content creation, and, over time, overseeing creative produced by others using these tools.\nYour day-to-day will see you managing a broad range of briefs, from digital and campaign assets to print, event, and long-form publishing work. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Senior Digital Manager, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to shape creative briefs, agree on timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes that reflect Shift’s brand values.\nMain Duties & Responsibilities\nMaintain visual consistency and creative quality across all Shift channels, applying the brand system with attention to detail and craft.\n\nManage the production and execution of creative briefs, including negotiating scope, priorities, and timelines with stakeholders.\n\nDesign, build, and maintain Microsoft and Canva templates for self-serve content creation across the business.\n\nReview and approve creative work produced by others across the business.\n\nDeliver typesetting and desktop publishing for reports, documents, and collateral.\n\nDesign digital and social advertising assets.\n\nProduce event collateral, including signage and trade stand materials.\n\nPublish light, repeatable web content on templated layouts.\n\nProgressively take over creative and publishing approval from the Senior Digital Manager as your judgement is demonstrated.\n\nSkills & Experience\n5+ years’ experience in graphic design, creative production, or a related field\n\nDemonstrated experience producing creative across digital, social, email, print, and event channels\n\nStrong experience typesetting and producing long-form documents such as reports\n\nProven ability to work within an established brand system\n\nConfident in stakeholder engagement, including shaping briefs and managing timelines\n\nExperience managing competing priorities and working to tight deadlines\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign\n\nProficient in Canva, including building and managing templates\n\nSkilled in Microsoft PowerPoint (building/updating templates, designing polished presentations), with working knowledge of Word and SharePoint\n\nWorking knowledge of WordPress (or an equivalent CMS), HTML for pre-built eDM templates, and CRM platforms\n\nStrong attention to detail and a high standard of visual craft\n\nQualifications\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign)\n\nProficient in Canva (including template management)\n\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (template design and updating), with working knowledge of Word and SharePoint\n\nWorking knowledge of WordPress or an equivalent CMS, HTML for pre-built eDM templates, and CRM platforms\n\nDemonstrated attention to detail and a strong standard of visual craftsmanship\n\nKey benefits:\nCollaborative teams - a flat structure means everyone can learn from colleagues and senior leaders around the business.\n\nBe involved - come together with all of your colleagues every 100 days to share the product and technology roadmap and business strategy.\n\nFlexible working environment - we’re headquartered in North Sydney with state-based workplaces and offer a flexible work policy.\n\nFamily support - industry leading 26 weeks paid parental leave.\n\nPurpose built spaces within our office - designed for collaboration, brainstorming, socialising, and focused work.\n\nRange of benefits supporting your physical, psychological and financial wellbeing.
