Join us to help shape the future of digital asset infrastructure.\nAbout the Role\nWe're hiring a Sales Associate to drive inbound and outbound pipelines for our prediction markets and crypto exchange infrastructure products.\nYou'll own the top of the sales funnel, identifying operators, interacting with our prediction market and exchange products, running outbound sequences, qualifying inbound leads, and booking meetings for senior sales owners. You'll work directly with our Growth and Partnerships teams to turn market signals into pipeline and with the senior sales team to close those opportunities.\nThis is an associate-level role with a clear path to a full sales-cycle seat. You’ll help set the standard for how we build pipelines as we scale.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nRun outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, X) to target founders and operators in prediction markets, crypto exchanges, and FX brokerages.\n\nQualify inbound leads and route them to the right sales owner.\n\nBuild and operate AI-assisted workflows for prospect research, list-building, and CRM hygiene.\n\nRepresent Shift at NYC crypto, fintech, and prediction market events, meetups, side events, conferences, and dinners. Bring back leads and intel.\n\nMaintain accurate data in the CRM. Report weekly on outbound volume, response rates, and meetings booked.\n\nPartner with the Growth Marketing team to align sales messaging with what's converting in content and community.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n0-3+ years of experience.\n\nDefault fluency with AI tools as part of how you work. Claude, ChatGPT, Apollo, n8n, or equivalent tools.\n\nSharp written communication. You can write a cold email that gets a reply.\n\nDeep curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and trading infrastructure. You don't need a finance degree, but you should be able to explain what a prediction market is and why it matters in two sentences.\n\nComfortable in real rooms and with cold outreach.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience in sales, BD, or account management.\n\nCrypto native. You've used a wallet, you follow CT, and you can explain why Polymarket and Kalshi compete.\n\nFamiliarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) or GTM tooling like Apollo.\n\nYou've built and shipped something publicly. The annual salary range is $70,000-$90,000 depending on skills and experience.\nThis position is eligible for commission-based compensation, in accordance with the company’s sales incentive plan.
