This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial operations, supporting end-to-end loan settlement processes within a structured, high-performance environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage the disbursal and collection of loan documentation with precision\n\nReview and verify documents in line with banking and compliance standards\n\nPerform reconciliations and maintain accurate settlement records\n\nEnsure timely updates across trackers and internal systems\n\nAdhere to AML, CTF, and internal risk and compliance frameworks\n\nDeliver within defined SLAs and reporting timelines\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries effectively\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related discipline\n\nStrong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy\n\nWorking knowledge of MS Excel and data handling\n\nClear communication skills with fluent English\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks within structured processes\n\nA proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow\n\nAustralian shift timings (3:00-4:00 AM start, Mon-Fri)\n\nKey benefits:\nHybrid working: we’re headquartered in North Sydney with state-based workplaces and offer a hybrid work policy.
