For more information, visit www.ShiftKey.com.\nThe role\nWe're looking for a VP, Controller to lead our accounting organization - the person who owns the numbers, end to end. There's an established team and established processes already in place, so this isn't a build-it-from-scratch job. What we need is someone who can run that engine well, tighten it up where it's loose, and push it toward the next level of speed and scale. You'll own everything from the monthly close to internal controls to audit, leading through a team of managers and a director rather than doing it all yourself - and you're joining at a moment where clean, audit-ready books matter more than usual, so someone who's comfortable under that kind of scrutiny will thrive here.\nWhere you'll work\nThis is a hybrid position based at our HQ in Irving, Texas.
