While its primary focus is on hospitality, Shiji also serves select customers in food service, retail, and entertainment in certain regions.\nThe best hotels run on Shiji-day and night.\n Your Role:\nIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed within budget, on time, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.\nYou will work closely with cross-functional teams, including implementation, product, finance, and customers, to ensure project goals are met.\nWhat You’ll Do\nEngage with the sales organization on the handover of contracted projects.\nCreate project plans to successfully execute contractual agreements that outline project scope, budget, and schedule to achieve success.\nCommunicate project plans to the internal and external stakeholders.\nExecute change control and manage escalations as they arise.\nProvide project reporting to internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, progress, and issues.\nIdentify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks.\nMonitor project progress and adjust project plans as needed.\nParticipate in project review meetings.\nDevelop strong customer relationships by providing high-quality customer service and communication.\nMinimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities):\nA bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.\nMinimum of three (3) years’ experience as a project manager in the software delivery or technology sector.\nMust be bilingual (English and Spanish) with the ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) and articulate ideas clearly and persuasively in both languages.\nWorking knowledge of hospitality products;
