This role requires a hybrid creative who possesses both the strategic eye of a Visualizer and the technical prowess of a Motion Designer and Animator. You will bridge the gap between abstract academic concepts, brand stories, and high end visual execution taking complete ownership of the visual journey across our social media platforms, app, digital products, and websites to make learning hyper engaging for students.\nKey Responsibilities:\nVisual Ideation & Storyboarding\nThink creatively to develop original design concepts, graphics, layouts, and style frames from raw briefs or eLearning storyboards\nAnalyze complex academic content and translate it into clear, engaging, and age appropriate visual representations\nEnsure strong visual continuity across all media by strictly adhering to and expanding Shikho brand and design guidelines\nMultidimensional Motion & Asset Creation\nAnimate everything from complex scientific concepts and custom characters to sleek UI motion and promotional campaign assets\nCreate original 2D/3D graphics, character designs, environments, dynamic typography, and asset libraries from scratch\nMix media seamlessly by compositing 2D/3D elements with real world footage, CGI, and tracking for brand films and app content\nOmnichannel Design & UX Alignment\nVisualize and design user screens, digital assets, and marketing creatives optimized for social media, the Shikho app, and web interfaces\nCreate production ready visual guidelines, toolkits, and design systems to maintain consistency across all student touchpoints\nStay ahead of global EdTech and motion trends, proactively proposing creative and technical upgrades to elevate our content\nWorkflow Ownership & Collaboration\nPartner cross functionally with academic, copywriter, product, digital marketing, and the broader brand team to ensure visual assets are both educationally accurate and aesthetically compelling\nTake full accountability for the design to animation pipeline from initial brief and conceptual visualization to final render and export with minimal supervision\nOptimize production efficiency by exploring new software, plugins, scripts, and visual shortcuts in a fast paced environment\nQualifications & Skills:\nExperience:Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a top digital marketing agency, high growth tech company, or EdTech brand\nDual Expertise:A portfolio that clearly demonstrates both high level static visualization like layout, typography, branding, and illustration alongside advanced motion design and animation skills\nThe Toolkit:Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Character Animator and 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender\nEdTech Context:Prior experience in EdTech or visual learning content design is highly preferred\nExecution & Drive:Proven ability to take full ownership of projects under tight campaign deadlines while upholding premium visual standards\nCommunication:Strong ability to pitch concepts, justify visual choices, and collaborate across technical and non technical teams\nApplication Requirement:You are required to attach a portfolio link showcasing both visual design and layout as well as motion graphics and animation with your application\nThe Important Bits:\n- Job type: Full Time\n- Department: Brand Marketing\n- Location: Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh\n- Salary: Competitive and Negotiable Based on Experience\n- Working Days: 5 days a week, from Sunday to Thursday\n- Other Benefits: Festival Bonus, Group Life & Medical Insurance, Annual Leave, Leave Encashment, Annual Performance Review, etc.\nAbout Shikho:\nShikho is a Bangladeshi education technology start-up with a mission to democratise access to high-quality education.
