environment.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and maintain application inventory records and related data.\nCollect, validate, and update information regarding application ownership, business purpose, dependencies, and migration status.\nSupport the application intake process and ensure all required documentation is complete and up to date.\nTrack project deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.\nMonitor progress across the migration workstream and provide status reporting to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality and alignment.\nPrepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, and governance materials.\nSupport PMO activities and contribute to process improvements where appropriate.\nRequirements:\nExperience in PMO, Project Coordination, Project Support, Business Analysis, or a similar role.\nStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.\nExperience working with project documentation, reporting, and delivery tracking.\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate activities across teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and collaboration/documentation tools.\nStrong communication skills and fluency in English (B2/C1 level).\nNice to Have:\nExperience supporting migration, transformation, or large-scale change initiatives.\nFamiliarity with application portfolio management or application inventory processes.\nExperience with risk, issue, action, and dependency tracking.\nKnowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and reporting/workflow
