our Partner delivering a project for a European Union agency, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (SharePoint / Microsoft Power Platform).\nThe role focuses on business process analysis, requirements engineering, and supporting the development and improvement of enterprise solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint On-premises, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform.\nYou will be responsible for analysing business needs, modelling processes, defining functional requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions in a complex international environment.\nResponsibilities\nAnalysing, modelling, and documenting business processes, workflows, capabilities, and data.\nGathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.\nCreating and maintaining business process models using BPMN and UML notations.\nSupporting business stakeholders and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle.\nTranslating business and user needs into detailed business requirements specifications.\nAnalysing existing systems and identifying opportunities for process optimisation and automation.\nSupporting the design and implementation of solutions based on SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.\nPreparing business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.\nContributing to system design, testing, quality assurance, and change management activities.\nIdentifying opportunities for continuous business process improvement.\nPreparing and maintaining comprehensive analytical and project documentation.\nCollaborating with business users, developers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of relevant professional IT experience, including at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.\nProven experience as a Business Analyst in at least one large-scale project lasting over 1 year with a budget exceeding EUR 1 million.\nPractical experience covering at least one complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nStrong knowledge of business process modelling using BPMN.\nHands-on experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and user story definition.\nGood knowledge of UML modelling techniques, including activity diagrams, state diagrams, capability diagrams, and logical data models.\nProficiency in modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or equivalent solutions.\nExperience in analysing business processes related to Financial Management, Legal, HR, and other administrative functions.\nPractical experience in business analysis involving Microsoft technologies:SharePoint 2019\nSharePoint Subscription Edition\nSharePoint Online\nMicrosoft Power Automate\nMicrosoft Power Apps\nMicrosoft Dataverse\n\nExperience in preparing and maintaining analytical documentation, business specifications, and project documentation.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and product owners.\nAdditional Requirements\n At least one of the following certifications:Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent.\nCertified UML Professional at Foundation Level or BPM 2 Fundamental Level, or equivalent.\nAnother internationally recognised equivalent certification accepted by the Contracting Authority.\n\nEnglish proficiency at C1 level.\nMinimum education at EQF Level 6 (bachelor's degree or equivalent).\nEligibility to obtain an EU personnel security clearance and ability to meet the applicable security clearance requirements.\nExperience in analysing additional business processes such as Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, or Project
