Service Now modules): ITSM (Hardware Asset Management, CMDB), SecOps, Customer Service Management, Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Porfolio Management (in on-prem and clould set-up)\n Typical tasks and responsibilitiesModels and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.\nElicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories,\nSupports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development\nMaintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycle\nTransfers business, users and
