You will cooperate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nExperienced in preparing meetings, documentation, managing correspondence and typing data into electronic systems.\nProficient in using MS Office tools and office automation.\nBasic knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts.\nKnowledge of data manipulation tools and scripting.\nSystematic worker.\nAbility to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.\nDedication to quality and service-oriented attitude.\nPrecise and accurate approach to work.\nExcellent communication skills.\nCareful about high quality of the contents and form of technical documentation.\nEU citizenship.\nEnglish language proficiency at B2 level or higher.\n Education: University degree (Bachelor's level or equivalent, EQF Level 6). IT-related education is not required.\nSpecific Requirements:\nGood working knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint-specific tools.\nExpertise in preparation and distribution of systems and project documentation.\nExceptional collaborative skills.\nProficiency in the use of software and tools for data analysis and visualization.\nTypical Tasks and Responsibilities:\nPreparing, printing, and distributing systems and project documentation.\nRegistering formal documents in electronic systems.\nProviding operator support to software system users.\nManaging correspondence and its register.\nProducing reports.\nFilling databases based on paper documents or other electronic repositories.\nTesting systems.\nCorrecting and cleansing the content of electronic repositories.\nWe Offer:\nLong-term B2B contract with SHIMI for approximately 40 months with a possibility of extension. \n A service contract (umowa zlecenie) is an option for second-cycle (master’s level) students who are able to work full-time during European business hours.\nWorking model: Remote / Near-site. The client may request attendance at the Warsaw office up to 12 days per quarter.\nRate: 69 EUR/MD nett + VAT.
