to customer.\nResponsibilities:\nPlanning and organizing the work of the team\nResponsibility for meeting SLA and KPI targets and ensuring IT service continuity\nCo-responsibility for technological and architectural standards\nManaging employees’ time and tasks within projects\nResponsibility for effective collaboration between IT areas to achieve common goals and deliver IT projects\nEffective collaboration with the client’s project teams to deliver solutions defined within IT projects\nImproving process efficiency within support areas\nProviding expert-level technical support to the team\nSupporting experts in delivering accurate, scalable, and reliable solutions\nActive participation in initiatives aimed at improving the quality and level of IT services\nSupporting internal and external audits\nRequirements:\nFluency in Polish and English, enabling effective work with documentation and international partners\nProven experience in managing technical teams (minimum 10 people)\nAt least 2 years of experience in managing an expert-level team\nExperience in team planning using Agile methodology in an Atlassian environment\nStrong analytical and communication skills\nExpert knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Cloud, container platforms, Infrastructure as Code\nPractical knowledge of GitLab and GitOps, Confluence, JIRA ITSM\nPractical knowledge of DevOps\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana\nHigher education in IT or a technical field is preferred\nOffer:\nEmployment contract\nRate: up to 20 000 PLN
