estimating and planning of iterative and incremental software developments\nHas knowledge of other agile approaches like Kanban, XP, etc.\nPossesses excellent communication, conflict resolution, leadership and mentoring skills\nPossess experience as a team lead\nSpecific requirements\nExperienced expert in scrum team ceremonies, able to provide examples from the own projects\nIntroduced at least 3 improvements in the organization of the team last 12 months\nDemonstrates involvement into business context and goals of the scrum tasks\nTypical tasks:\nFacilitating meetings for the scrum team\nHolding retrospectives\nCoaching team members, mediating through conflicts, helping the team to make decisions, fostering the developer team’s self-organisation, mediating the general conflict of goals between development team (high technical quality) and product owner (more features)\nFacilitating agile team learning process\nHelping to write or split user stories, to write or adapt product visions, to order product backlog items, the release planning.\nFacilitation open communication between the scrum team with other stakeholders\nSupporting the team in getting rid of impediments\nSupporting product owner in optimization of product backlog\nImproving engineering processes\nSafeguarding, monitoring and improving the method of teamwork\nLeading for adoption of scum for stakeholders\nImplementing changes to increase team’s productivity\nSupporting the team in effective use of scrum logs, metrics, charts
