Fluency in AI tools for finance is a plus.\nRole Summary: The Fleet Management Associate holds the responsibility of overseeing the Delivery Assistants in their day-to-day operational assignments, analyzing work processes based on performance reports and recommending improvements, leading coordination with other teams and departments, and reporting relevant matters to the management.\nResponsibilities include but not limited to:\nProvide leadership and daily support to Delivery Assistants; address and resolve operational issues or concerns.\nConsistently engage with Delivery Assistants to ensure that shipments are delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nEnsure that the Delivery Assistants strictly follow the clients' SOPs to prevent any escalations from arising.\nCollaborate with Delivery Assistants to plan optimized delivery routes for efficient, professional, and hassle-free service.\nMonitor daily fleet operations and team performance;
