Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of ShipHawk's core Transportation Management System (TMS) and shared platform capabilities.\nIn this role, you'll drive innovation across critical shipping workflows, including rate shopping, carrier selection, shipment execution, and documentation, while helping shape the future of AI-powered automation across our TMS and WMS products.\nYou'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that create measurable value for our customers.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with hands-on logistics or supply chain expertise, technical curiosity, and a passion for using emerging technologies to solve real-world operational challenges.\nSuccess in this role will be measured by product adoption, customer retention, revenue impact, and measurable improvements in shipping efficiency and operational costs.\nWhat You'll Do\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap\nOwn and execute the product strategy and roadmap for ShipHawk's core TMS and shared platform capabilities.\n\nPrioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, market opportunities, and engineering capacity.\n\nConduct ongoing customer discovery to understand shipping, warehouse, and operational challenges.\n\nMonitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for differentiation.\n\nDefine clear product success metrics and measure performance following launch.\n\nAI & Platform Innovation\nHelp define and execute ShipHawk's AI strategy across TMS and WMS, identifying opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve decision-making.\n\nPartner with Engineering to develop scalable platform foundations, including shared data models, APIs, and reliable shipment and event data.\n\nEvaluate opportunities to build, buy, or partner on AI capabilities, considering customer value, cost, scalability, and risk.\n\nCollaborate with other Product Managers to deliver consistent, integrated capabilities across ShipHawk's platform.\n\nExplore emerging AI technologies, including agentic workflows and intelligent automation, to improve customer productivity.\n\nProduct Development & Execution\nTranslate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nPartner closely with Engineering and UX to manage priorities, resolve tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nManage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through development, launch, and optimization.\n\nBalance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n\nUse product analytics, customer feedback, and performance data to guide decisions and continuous improvement.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to support successful product launches and adoption.\n\nContribute to go-to-market planning, product positioning, pricing discussions, and internal enablement.\n\nCommunicate product strategy, priorities, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels.\n\nBuild strong relationships across teams and serve as a trusted product expert.\n\nShare product management best practices and support the development of less experienced team members.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product development role.\n\nHands-on experience with logistics, transportation management, ecommerce fulfillment, distribution, or supply chain technology.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for software products.\n\nStrong ability to define product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and make informed tradeoffs.\n\nExperience collaborating closely with Engineering teams to deliver technical products and features.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable decisions.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with customers, engineers, and executives.\n\nProven ability to manage competing priorities, take ownership, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.\n\nA proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to challenge assumptions, embrace feedback, and continuously improve.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing B2B SaaS products, ideally within TMS, WMS, or logistics technology.\n\nExperience developing or launching AI/ML-powered product features, including measuring adoption and business outcomes.\n\nFamiliarity with large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, workflow automation, and AI evaluation methodologies.\n\nExperience building shared platform services, APIs, or capabilities used across multiple product lines.\n\nFamiliarity with ERP integrations and workflows, particularly NetSuite, Acumatica, or Sage Intacct.\n\nExperience with product management
