As a Technical Writer Intern at ShipHawk, you will gain experience in creating and editing outstanding content while working with Product Owners, Software Developers, Customer Success Managers, and more.\nDuring your internship, you will support the Technical Writing team’s objectives and projects that drive the business forward. Expect to use Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Confluence, and AI tools such as Claude, Rovo, and Gemini to develop content for technical and non-technical audiences. \nWe are looking for outstanding writers who love to learn and want to learn more about working in the software industry as a technical writer.
