You’ll play a key role in implementation projects end-to-end - from discovery through go-live - translating complex operational requirements into effective software configurations. Along the way, you will also collaborate with customers to review their operational processes and adjust as necessary to get the most out of our WMS solution.\nYou’ll combine customer consulting, system configuration, and some basic project management to deliver exceptional implementation experiences. Most engagements are remote, though some may require on-site support.\nThis role requires hands-on experience implementing WMS solutions, experience with the core practices in warehousing, and strong SQL skills for configuration, data validation, and issue resolution.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead full-cycle WMS implementations for ShipHawk customers, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.\nPerform discovery to uncover detailed receiving, picking, packing, and shipping requirements across domestic and international operations.\nTranslate operational processes into ShipHawk workflows and configurations.\nWrite and execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and integration support.\nIdentify gaps or enhancement opportunities and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve them.\nRecommend process improvements that help customers maximize ROI from ShipHawk.\nGuide customers through user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live readiness.\nMaintain consistent communication with customer stakeholders and internal teams.\nTransition customers seamlessly to the Support team post-implementation.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing WMS software in customer-facing roles.\n\n Proficiency in SQL - able to write queries for data analysis and configuration validation.\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.\nProven organizational and project management skills;
