If all of those speak to you, then we want you on our highly engaged team in our midtown premium properties!\nWe are currently seeking enthusiastic Front Desk Representatives to elevate our residents' experience and deliver on operational excellence.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:\nGreeting all guests and residents, professionally and courteously - as well as assisting with any requests andinquiries.\n\nAccepting and notifying residents of the delivery of parcels and mail.\nMonitoring CCTV cameras, review footage as necessary.\nPeriod building exterior checks.\nAssisting with resident move in and incoming unit inspections/tours.\nAssisting residents with booking building amenity spaces.\nMaintaining lobby, concierge desk and mailroom to a high standard of cleanliness.\nCollecting maintenance requests, rental payments, and all resident notices.\nLogging and recording all resident communications, prepare, and distribute building notices.\nAssisting the General Manager with maintenance emergencies, coordinating resident events as required.\nProvide access to all trades visiting the property including but not limited to, signing out building keys.\nOrganizing and managing the signing out of all rental items including, dollies, carts, and all tools.\nResponding to noise complaints and resident concerns as needed.\nWho You Are:\nExceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with residents and guests.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions and documentation.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a high level of comfort with learning new software.\nProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a team.\nExperience with Yardi or similar property management software is a significant asset.\nAbout Shiplake Properties:\nShiplake Properties Ltd. is a third-generation family-owned business, constructing urban residences for nearly 80 years.
