The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where hiring needs can change quickly and success is measured by the ability to build pipeline, meet weekly hiring goals, and deliver a strong candidate experience.\nBilingual English/Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred due to the diverse candidate population this role will support.\nThis is a contract position that will sit onsite at our Louisville, KY location.\nWhat You'll Need\nMinimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hourly, warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or similar non-exempt hiring.\n\nBilingual English/Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred, with the ability to professionally screen, interview, and communicate with candidates in both languages.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing a high-volume candidate pipeline and working toward weekly hiring or staffing targets.\n\nExperience conducting multiple candidate screens and interviews daily in a fast-paced recruiting environment.\n\nStrong sourcing skills and experience using job boards, recruiting platforms, and other candidate-generation strategies.\n\nExperience working within an applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records.\n\nStrong candidate follow-up and organizational skills, with the ability to manage candidates across multiple stages simultaneously.\n\nAbility to prioritize quickly as hiring needs, shift requirements, and business priorities change.\n\nStrong communication and partnership skills with the ability to work effectively with Operations, HR/P&C, hiring managers, and candidates.\n\nComfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with a broader Talent Acquisition team.\n\nStrong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and accountability for recruiting results.\n\nAbility to work onsite and support hiring events, orientations, or other recruiting activities as business needs require.\n\nHigh level of professionalism and discretion when handling candidate and employee information.\n\nPreferred Experience\nPrevious recruiting experience within a warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution center, manufacturing, or staffing environment.\n\nBilingual English/Spanish recruiting experience.\n\nExperience supporting seasonal or peak-volume hiring ramps.\n\nExperience recruiting across multiple shifts and schedules simultaneously.\n\nExperience monitoring recruiting metrics such as pipeline volume, interview attendance, offers, onboarding completion, and start/show rates.\n\nAbout ShipMonk\nShipMonk isn't just a 3PL; we're a growth partner for merchants.
