You won’t be writing code or configuring systems - but you will be the engine behind every moving part, ensuring that internal teams (Tech Solutions, Launch Ops, and more) are aligned, coordinated, and delivering flawlessly.\nIf you're obsessed with planning, love herding cross-functional cats, and can manage enterprise timelines with style and grace - then you’re our kind of people.\nWhat You'll Be Rocking Every Day\nLead the Enterprise Launch Plan\nBe the primary driver for complex merchant onboarding projects from contract to go-live.\nRun kickoff sessions, align on goals, gather operational/technical requirements, and launch personalized project plans.\nAlign the Internal Crew\nServe as the internal project manager for Tech, Launch, Product, and Ops - you make sure everyone knows the plan and plays their part.\nCoordinate all internal syncs, action trackers, milestones, and timelines - and bring that high-touch accountability to every call.\nBe the Merchant’s Guide (Without Doing Their Tech Work)\nTranslate complex requirements into bite-sized execution steps for our internal teams.\nLead merchant check-ins, educate clients on process and timelines, and make sure expectations are managed every step of the way.\nCrush the Go-Live & Handoff\nOrchestrate a smooth transition into post-onboarding care with our Merchant Success and CX teams.\nEnsure that post-launch support is stabilized, documented, and teed up for long-term success.\nMake Our Systems Smarter\nIdentify process improvements, elevate risks before they become fires, and help build the ultimate onboarding playbook for enterprise brands.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nYou're a Project Ninja\n You love a clean Gantt chart and don’t flinch at a 10-person cross-department meeting. You’ve done this before - preferably in a 3PL, SaaS, or eCom ops environment.\nYou Know Enough Tech to Translate \n You understand how integrations, APIs, and ERPs work (no need to build them) - you just know how to keep timelines moving and blockers cleared.\nYou Get Enterprise\n Multiple warehouses? Complex routing guides? B2B retail compliance? Love it. You’ve seen the complexity and know how to navigate the nuance.\nYou’re a People Person with a Plan\n Clear communicator, timeline keeper, risk manager, meeting facilitator - and you make it look easy.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n4-6 years in project management, onboarding, or client implementations\n3PL, logistics, eCommerce, or SaaS background a big bonus\nExperience leading enterprise clients through complex rollouts\nPMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar cert?
