through architecture, coding, model experimentation, code reviews, and end-to-end production deployment.\nRequirements:\n8-12 years of strong software engineering and research experience.\nProven track record of building large-scale distributed systems and advanced AI platforms.\nHands-on experience with Small Language Models (SLMs), including model training, fine-tuning, distillation, and deployment.\nStrong experience in LLM development and customisation, including training or fine-tuning models for specific domains and use cases.\nStrong understanding of neural networks, transformers, model training methodologies, knowledge systems, and inference optimisation.\nExperience building and deploying end-to-end machine learning or language model pipelines, from data preparation and training to evaluation and production serving.\nExperience designing intelligent orchestration systems, AI agents, or complex decision-making platforms.\nAbility to reason deeply about scale, latency, reliability, accuracy, privacy, and infrastructure cost.\nStrong ownership, curiosity, research orientation, and a hands-on builder
