We operate a dynamic, multi-sided marketplace connecting Shoppers, Customers, and Retailers, where our team plays a critical role in maintaining marketplace health, reliability, and geographic coverage.This role sits at the intersection of technology, data science, economics, and operations. You will tackle complex, ambiguous problems such as geographic coverage and real-time fulfillment decision-making. You will also help shape the next generation of Fulfillment systems by leveraging Agentic AI, ML, and optimization to build more intelligent and adaptive decision systems that can respond to changing marketplace conditions.\nWe are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented PM who combines strong product judgment with a bias for action. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, making strategic decisions grounded in data, and partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to turn complex marketplace problems into products that deliver measurable business impact.\nWhat You’ll Need to Be Successful\n3+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, gig, or related field, with experience owning complex products and driving measurable business outcomes.\nUnderstanding of Agentic AI and optimization systems, with the ability to identify opportunities where predictive models, optimization algorithms, and agentic systems can solve business problems.\nProven experience in demonstrating AI-native mindset with hands-on use of generative AI to rapidly prototype ideas, automate repetitive workflows, synthesize insights from unstructured data, and improve decision-making. Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development practices (e.g., spec-driven development, AI coding assistants, and agentic workflows) to accelerate product discovery and execution.\nA history of strong partnerships with design and engineering, with a general understanding of design and development systems and processes\nDemonstrate a high level of empathy and storytelling capability to influence a large network of stakeholders and customers.\nTechnical expertise and the ability to make informed trade-offs between various system architectures.\nExperience with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp, or equivalent\nSkills & Education\nThis list includes key skills used in this job but is not inclusive of all skills needed for the role. Please see any required education below.\nPay Range:\n$95,800-$150,000Please note that the pay range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.\nWork Arrangement\nTo foster connection while offering continued flexibility, hybrid team members have the following in-office expectations:\nHybrid roles in Birmingham, AL typically work in-office at least 2 days per week, with core in-office days on Wednesdays and Thursdays.\nHybrid roles in Minneapolis, MN typically work in-office at least 1 day per week on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.\nHybrid roles in San Francisco, CA typically work in-office at least 1 day per week between Monday and Thursday.\nCertain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis.
