You may work on complex product areas such as gig worker onboarding experiences, order fulfillment & delivery tooling, earnings & goal tracking, and engagement & retention programs.\nWhat You’ll Need to Be Successful\n3+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, gig, or related field\n\nProven experience in demonstrating AI-native mindset with hands-on use of generative AI to rapidly prototype ideas, automate repetitive workflows, synthesize insights from unstructured data, and improve decision-making. Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development practices (e.g., spec-driven development, AI coding assistants, and agentic workflows) to accelerate product discovery and execution.\n\nA history of strong partnerships with design and engineering, with a general understanding of design and development systems and processes\n\nDemonstrate a high level of empathy and storytelling capability to influence a large network of stakeholders and customers.\n\nTechnical expertise and the ability to make informed trade-offs between various system architectures.\n\nExperience with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp, or equivalent\n\nPay Range: $95,000 - $150,000\nPlease note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.\nSkills & Education\nThis list includes key skills used in this job but is not inclusive of all skills needed for the role.
