You will have the opportunity to take on high visibility, strategic projects and workstreams focused on optimizing Shipt’s performance through financial analytics, business insights, and organizational partnerships.This role will be seated in our Minneapolis, MN or Birmingham, AL office\nWhat You’ll Need to Be Successful\nYour Responsibilities\nAdvanced Modeling: Build dynamic models and perform analyses to guide decisionmaking, support new market entry, and increase operational efficiency.\n\nBusiness Case Creation: Evaluate business opportunities, highlighting strategic value and identifying financial, operational, and regulatory risks.\n\nStrategic Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to peers, business partners, and senior leaders to guide resource allocation, investment decisions and development of new capabilities.\n\nOperational Excellence: Conduct benchmarking of operational and financial results across product lines, markets, and competitors. Design and standardize workflows and processes to improve team efficiency, including implementation of AI and automation\n\nForecasting & Planning: Develop and present annual financial goal and quarterly forecasts to program stakeholders and finance leadership\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; Graduate degree preferred\n\n6+ years of experience in accounting, data analytics, and/or corporate finance\n\nStrong communicator with proven ability to communicate across functions anddepartments\n\nEntrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management,planning and organizational skills\n\nAbility to lead core processes across a hybrid team\n\nComfort navigating ambiguity and complex financial data\n\nPay Range: $75,200 - $140,000 Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.\nSkills & Education\nThis list includes key skills used in this job but is not inclusive of all skills needed for the role.
