Including the coordination and completion of the materials scrapping process. Following and enforcing safety and company policies including all the applicable regulations (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA - Federal Drug Administration, ISO13485 among others).\nMain Responsibilities\nSupervises daily activities of warehouse team members, including participation in hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development.\nSupports disciplinary actions in alignment with HR and the Warehouse Manager.\nReviews and approves Material Handlers’ time sheets and communicates attendance or policy concerns to the Warehouse Manager.\nParticipates in performance evaluations for Material Handlers.\nEnsures warehouse operations are executed in compliance with regulations, quality work instructions, and company policies.\nOversees material receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping activities to support production and customer requirements.\nParticipate in production meetings to ensure warehouse readiness for scheduled jobs.\nCollaborate with inventory and logistics management by coordinating physical scrap handling and outbound shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy.\nSupports material staging when the Warehouse Lead or designated personnel are unavailable.\nSkills and Qualification\nBachelor’s or associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. \nMinimum of 5 years of operations or warehousing experience in a regulated environment.\nExperience working with ERP programs.\nPrior SAP system preferred.\nStrong history of working in a demanding environment while abiding by processes and protocols.\nExtensive knowledge of warehouse operations in the pharma industry.\nAbility to kindly lead a diverse team of employees with self-control and respect. \nProficiency in MS Office tools\n\nWe Offer\nCompetitive compensation package\nModern working environment with state-of-the-art facilities and technologies\nChallenging assignments in a fast growing and innovative industry \nPosition in a dynamic, international team of highly skilled professionals\nVarious opportunities for personal and professional development within a global organization\nPlease note that SHL is a drug free employer.
