The ideal candidate has experience with scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training employees, managing payroll expenses, and monitoring and ordering inventory.\nJob Duties\nSet and adjust the daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency of store operations while staying within payroll budgets.\nRecruit and grow staff, ensuring all positions are filled promptly with qualified personnel.\nTrain and evaluate existing staff; identify and resolve issues in a timely, efficient manner, partnering with HR when necessary.\nAchieve sales goals.\nCollaborate with the Miss A HQ Marketing division to identify in-store opportunities to drive and increase sales.\nEnsure all cash-control procedures are properly followed, including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash.\nMonitor and control store expenses and budgets; continually identify and pursue opportunities to reduce costs where possible.\nReceiving: ensure all deliveries are properly processed in a timely, efficient manner.\nMonitor movement of store inventory and follow all receiving policies.\nImplement and maintain all merchandising standards; ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, accessible, and reflects the correct visual standard at all times.\nIdentify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of retail management or experience running a high-volume business.\nMust have a FLEXIBLE schedule and be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends (six-day work week required).\nExcellent communication skills - both written and verbal.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong leadership qualities to motivate and develop the team.\nMust have a valid Driver's License.\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
