Joining our Partnership Team, you'll be the person who builds and owns those relationships, turning Shoparize's technology and data into growth for DACH merchants and for us.\nDescription\nThe role\nAs Partnership Manager for the DACH region, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking accounts while identifying and closing new partnerships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You'll work from our Amsterdam office, representing Shoparize as a trusted e-commerce partner and brand ambassador within the DACH e-commerce community.\nWhat you'll own\nManaging and growing existing accounts: build strong relationships and provide exceptional support to your DACH key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success.\nDeveloping new partnerships: identify and pursue new opportunities, engaging with merchants, marketing agencies, affiliate networks and other stakeholders across the DACH e-commerce industry.\nBeing a Shoparize brand ambassador: represent Shoparize at DACH industry events and build positive relationships within the local e-commerce community.\nContinuous self-development: stay current on industry trends, pursue relevant certifications, and grow into a knowledgeable e-commerce consultant.\nCollaborating with merchants, agencies, affiliate networks and internal teams to improve revenue, performance and overall satisfaction.\nRole\nWhat we're looking for\nA proven track record in partnerships or business development, preferably within e-commerce (minimum 2 years).\nStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively manage key accounts.\nNative or fluent German, with excellent English; additional languages are a plus.\nAn analytical mindset with a genuine interest in the e-commerce landscape.\nA goal-oriented, entrepreneurial approach to building a new market.\nWillingness to obtain certifications and complete courses to build your expertise.\nAlready a resident of the Netherlands, this role is based at our Amsterdam office.\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with Google Shopping and the Partner CSS program.\nAn existing network among DACH merchants, agencies or affiliate networks.\nPrior experience selling into or working within the German, Austrian or Swiss markets.\nWhat we offer\nA base salary of €50,000-€55,000 gross per year, plus a bonus structure based on results.\nA seat on our Partnership Team, working alongside colleagues who sell products that deliver measurable results.\nOur office in the heart of Amsterdam, with a flexible working-from-home policy.\nA company laptop, full travel cost reimbursement, and 25 days of annual leave.\nRoom to develop your expertise in e-commerce, Shopping Ads and consulting.\nClassPass membership and healthy snacks in the office.\nApply now\nReady to build Shoparize's presence in the DACH region?
