stakeholder relationships, influencing senior decision-makers across marketing, product, and commercial teams.\nCoach and mentor junior marketers, elevating CRM expertise and capability across the region.\nEssentials to Succeed\n3-5 years of relevant experience in CRM, campaign management, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within a digital, tech, or e-commerce environment.\nProven track record of leading CRM initiatives across multiple markets and delivering measurable impact on user engagement and retention.\nStrong strategic mindset, with the ability to design data-driven campaigns while remaining hands-on when required.\nProficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or similar).\nAdvanced analytical skills, with experience interpreting data, building reports, and translating insights into actionable strategies.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate
