content, campaigns, and initiatives that grow ShopBack's presence as an employer of choice.\nPlan and run campus engagement events to build our early-career talent pipeline.\nBuild AI-powered workflows (using platforms like Claude Code, and n8n) to automate processes - and continuously look for ways AI can make TA more impactful.\nEssentials to Succeed\nUndergraduates or Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - prior Talent Acquisition, Project Management or Software Engineering internship is a plus, but mindset matters more than tenure.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills - comfortable talking to candidates and hiring managers alike.\nA builder's curiosity: genuine interest in using AI tools to automate and improve how work gets done.\nHighly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball.\nA proactive, ownership-driven attitude -
