Accounting Specialist

What your day-to-day will loo like:

• Prepare and review accounting entries of the marketplace and payment institution;
• Develop staff and coordinate the performance of the members;
• Provide daily reports and insights for proper accounting entries;
• Responsible for reporting, preparing, and reviewing reconciliations (end-to-end);
• Account variance analysis for reporting purposes (Month to Month, Year to Year, and explanations);
• Assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements;
• Interface with internal and external auditors;
• Identify and follow up on issues or anomalies in reports;
• Responsible for improvements in accounting processes and activities, making them more efficient;
• Assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements;
• Work in a collaborative team and work in a growing and dynamic environment.

What you need to take on this challenge:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with active CRC;
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge;
• Experience in accounting for e-commerce;
• Advanced English.
