Travel & Work Flexibility\nTravel regularly to upcountry/regional areas to oversee on-site activations and ensure smooth operations.\nWillingness to work 6 days per week and adapt working schedules according to event/field activation timelines.\nExperience: 3-5+ years of experience leading sales teams, field operations, event activations, or area sales management. (Experience managing large or regional/upcountry teams is highly preferred).\nSales Track Record: Proven track record of driving revenue and consistently achieving sales targets.\nLeadership & People Management: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to lead, mentor, manage, and resolve conflict within large teams.\nProblem Solving & Stakeholder Management: Excellent crisis-management and decision-making skills;
