Team Development & Management:\nTrain, coach, and evaluate the performance of Field Leaders and warehouse staff.\nDevelop competency building plans and skill training for employees to enhance their professional and technical capabilities.\nAddress personnel issues, maintain a positive work environment, and encourage collaboration and engagement.\n5. Reporting & Analysis:\nPrepare regular reports on warehouse operational performance (KPIs, costs, quality) and present them to the Warehouse Manager.\nUtilize data to make informed management decisions and propose operational strategies.\n6. Cross-functional Collaboration:\nCollaborate closely with other departments such as OPEX, IT, Customer Service, and HR to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow.\nOther tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.\nExperience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in an operational environment, with at least 2 years in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing management/supervisory role.
