This role also supervises the performance of all CCTV operators, contributes to incident management and investigation, loss prevention, and detection.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nSupervise the daily CCTV monitoring and surveillance being conducted by the CCTV Operators in the Command Center.\nTake part in the incident management by reporting all incidents, breaches, or alarms raised by the CCTV operators.\nSupervise the conduct of CCTV functionality checks.\nManage CCTV extraction request.\nMaintain close collaboration with other members of SPX Security, Hub Leads, Area Leads and of other SPX teams.\nEnsure compliance with data privacy laws and company information security policies.\nMaintain accurate records of CCTV tech activities for purposes of data analytics.\nEducational Background & Certifications Requirement\nMust be a college graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BSIT) or any related field.\nRelevant IT or CCTV-related certifications (if any) will be considered an advantage.\nExperience Requirement\nMust have at least one (1) year of hands-on experience in IT support, CCTV installation, maintenance, or related technical tasks.\nExperience in troubleshooting hardware, network devices, and CCTV systems is preferred.\nKnowledge and Skills\nIn-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, including IP/analog cameras, NVRs/CVRs, servers, and video management software (e.g., HikCentral, etc.).\nStrong understanding of network infrastructure related to surveillance systems (LAN/WAN, VLANs, IP configuration, routing, and bandwidth management).\nFamiliarity with system integration between CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.\nKnowledge of data storage, backup, and retention policies for video surveillance.\nAbility to supervise, and support CCTV technicians in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.\nSkilled in monitoring system performance, identifying issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.\nStrong organizational and time management skills for overseeing multiple sites simultaneously.\nExcellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and network-related CCTV issues.\nCapability to analyze incident reports and system logs to identify patterns and recommend improvements.\nEffective communication skills for coordination with IT, security, vendors, and management teams.\nAbility to prepare technical reports, documentation, and operational summaries for management review.\nKnowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and data privacy regulations related to surveillance systems.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with ticketing or monitoring
