  • Proactively identify fraud trends across Driver, Merchant, and Buyer segments by performing data analysis to uncover and understand fraudulent behavior patterns
  • Investigate flagged accounts and transactions to determine legitimacy and root cause of fraudulent activity
  • Research internal data to identify risky behaviors and support the development of new fraud detection patterns and rules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and refine fraud detection logic in response to evolving fraud tactics
  • Track and report key fraud metrics, including fraud rate (%) and fraud loss amount, and monitor trends across time periods to flag emerging risks
  • Communicate investigation findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders, given the platform-wide impact of fraud-related decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a logic-based field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline)
  • 0-3 years of experience in a data-focused or analytical role;
  • Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to independently write and complete ad hoc queries preferred
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting
  • Strong communication skills; able to convey findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a get-things-done mentality
  • Hands-on and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work in a self-guided manner
  • Native Thai and fluent in English
