analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail\nProficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards) and comfortable working with large datasets\nExperience working with WMS/ERP systems is a plus\nFamiliar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation, and open to using AI in daily work\nGood communication and coordination skills, including with vendors and cross-functional teams\nProactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment\nWilling to travel to operational sites when
