Corporate Affairs, Seller Operations, Logistics, and other stakeholders to develop and implement policy changes.\nConduct impact assessments and ensure proper cascade and adherence to policies.\nStandardize and maintain policy documentation and reference materials.\nPartner with regional teams to align on global protocols and best practices.\nProject Management & Stakeholder Engagement\nLead end-to-end cross-functional projects from scoping to execution.\nDefine milestones, KPIs, risks, and governance structures.\nManage multiple initiatives concurrently while ensuring timely delivery.\nDrive stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.\nData Analysis & Reporting\nAnalyze operational and compliance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.\nDevelop reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.\nMonitor productivity and process-related performance metrics\nRequirements\nExperience in Strategy, Consulting, Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence, or Project Management.\nProven track record managing cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.\nExperience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, risk, or policy governance is an advantage.\nBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business, or related fields.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience with data visualization or BI tools is a plus.\nStrong
