Logistics Strategy and Projects Specialist

• Drive End-to-End Logistics User Experience (UX) Initiatives:

• Identify and eliminate friction points across the entire logistics journey for both buyers and sellers, spanning in-app tracking interfaces to physical delivery touchpoints.
• Design and deploy user-centric initiatives that improve key experience metrics, including delivery speed, tracking accuracy, and fulfillment reliability.
• Continuously analyze user feedback and operational data to iterate on customer-facing and merchant-facing logistics features.

2. Lead Process and System Re-Engineering (Internal & 3PL Partners):

• Diagnose core operational problems and translate them into actionable system features, workflow adjustments, and automated solutions.
• Partner with internal product/tech teams and external 3PL partners to implement standard operating procedure (SOP) updates and system integrations.

3. Execute Structured Project Management and Debottlenecking:

• Scope, plan, and manage complex logistics projects from initial problem framing through post-launch operationalization.
• Proactively navigate project "grey areas," resolve cross-departmental alignment issues, and unblock execution delays across functions.
• Establish clear KPIs, project milestones, and tracking dashboards to monitor adoption and long-term project impact.

4. Conduct Data-Driven Impact Sizing and Problem Structuring:

• Perform quantitative analysis to size operational issues, model cost-benefit trade-offs, and prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Structure complex, multi-variable logistics problems into actionable workstreams and pragmatic solution frameworks.

5. Drive Stakeholder Alignment and Senior Management Reporting:

• Lead cross-functional alignment meetings across Product, Engineering, Operations, and 3PL account management teams.
• Synthesize complex project updates, risks, and strategic proposals into clear presentation decks for senior management reviews.

Experience:

2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in project management, operations strategy, management consulting, or eCommerce logistics.

Preferred Field of Study:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related course.

Alternative Experience:

Candidates with equivalent hands-on experience in high-growth tech platforms, 3PL operations management, or tech-enabled supply chain environments will be equally considered.

Skills Required:

• Data Analysis & Impact Sizing:

• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data crunching, cost-benefit modeling, and impact estimation.
• Strong ability to evaluate operational trade-offs and drive data-backed decisions without requiring advanced database querying skills (SQL not required).

2. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management:

• Proven ability to collaborate with, influence, and align diverse internal departments and external logistics providers.
• Demonstrated skill in managing ambiguous operational scenarios and resolving cross-team friction to keep projects moving forward.

3. Structured Problem-Solving:

• Exceptional ability to break down ambiguous, unstructured logistics issues into logical root causes and structured solution paths.
• Comfort with evaluating multiple solution paths and recommending scalable, practical fixes.

4. Executive Written & Verbal Communication:

• High proficiency in structuring clear, visual presentation decks for leadership visibility and project pitch proposals.
• Confident verbal communicator capable of facilitating high-stakes alignment sessions and presenting directly to senior leadership.
