- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee welfare and engagement activities
- Participate in payroll validation by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring data accuracy
- Contribute to internal communications efforts, including the creation of newsletters and other employee engagement materials
- Attending to employees’ queries and advising based on the company's best practices
- Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Having a passion for people and culture
- Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented
- Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
- Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
