  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or related company, preferably in a data analyst or operations performance role.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and performance dashboards; experience with Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Gama Tower, South Jakarta.
