You will work closely with internal teams to develop your ability to diagnose problems, structure automated solutions, and deliver outputs that drive company-wide efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIdentify Opportunities & Build Business Cases: Proactively uncover workflow bottlenecks, assess their business impact, gather data, and pitch data-backed business cases for AI solutions.\nManage Product & Project Lifecycles: Own the end-to-end delivery of workflow automation features, tracking timelines using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) to ensure development sprints remain aligned with business priorities.\nLead Rollouts & UAT: Coordinate end-to-end testing (UAT/QA) and manage the rollout of new AI tools to internal teams under structured timelines.\nDrive Adoption & Iteration: Create training documentation and SOPs to help teams adopt new tools, and monitor user feedback to continuously improve performance and drive feature updates.\nSupport Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between technical developers and non-technical internal users, helping prepare for alignment meetings, track action items and blockers, and maintain project status logs.\nMonitor Performance: Track tool adoption KPIs vs. targets, flag workflow variances, and support root cause analysis with structured findings to ensure successful automation.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.\n0-5 years of experience in product/project management, operations, tech-adjacent roles, or a related field;
