- Drive strategic and operational initiatives to accelerate seller growth across key business segments and lifecycle stages.
- Lead end-to-end program management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post-launch evaluation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, derive actionable insights, and translate findings into scalable initiatives to improve seller acquisition, activation, retention, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Business Development, Operations, Product, Marketing, Risk, Customer Service, and Regional teams, to align priorities and drive execution.
- Monitor key business metrics, proactively identify gaps or operational issues, and coordinate stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
- Develop and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall program effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to leverage solutions such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies to improve productivity and program outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree from a top university.
- 3-7 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or other relevant roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, financial services, lending, payments, or fintech is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from ideation to execution.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to extract insights from data, identify growth opportunities, and make informed business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership with a positive work attitude.
- Passion for AI technologies and hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI solutions in work or personal projects is a strong plus.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (4 days onsite, 1 day work from home).
