proactively identify risks, develop and communicate contingency plans, and manage those plans.\nContent Creation and Review\nContribute to the creation and review of product-related content for information cascades and seller education initiatives.\nCollaborate with the content team to ensure that materials effectively communicate the value and usage of product features.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, CS, Seller Education, Business Development, Customer Insights, and Customer Support to drive successful product outcomes.\nCommunicate and collaborate with these teams as a regular source of seller information.\nEngage key stakeholders and participate in monitoring/developing insightful reports that will be used to inform initiatives.\nAct as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment with seller-focused product initiatives\nRequirements:\nExperience in operations, strategy, or program management within ecommerce, marketplaces, or tech-enabled businesses\nProven ability to own projects from concept through execution and iteration\nStrong understanding of how AI, automation, and workflow tools can be applied in real business context\nStrong data analysis skills and the ability to derive insights from data sets and turn into actionable next steps\nKnowledge and Skills:\nHighly analytical, quantitative background;
