at least 3 years in architecture leadership roles.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Golang, Java, C++, with solid knowledge of distributed systems, microservice orchestration, and event-driven architecture.\nProven track record of building complex systems from 0 to 1, including seller platforms, campaign management systems, rule-based recommendation logic, and governance tools.\nFamiliar with MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Kubernetes, gRPC, Protocol Buffers and performance tuning in high-concurrency environments.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills;
