- Lead and execute end-to-end tax process analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and drive opportunities for automation and digitalization within the project period
- Drive tax process improvement initiatives through technology adoption, workflow optimization, and continuous process automation
- Translate complex tax business requirements into practical functional specifications and scalable technology solutions
- Collaborate with Tax, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams to design, build, and deploy robust tax technology solutions
- Oversee the development, enhancement, and deployment of data products, executive dashboards, and automated tax reporting tools
- Optimize tax data quality, automated reconciliations, reporting accuracy, and internal process controls
- Lead cross-functional project teams from requirements gathering and solution architecture design through to full implementation and evaluation
- Establish, standardize, and continuously refine tax Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive process documentation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in tax, finance transformation, process improvement, or related fields
- Strong functional expertise in end-to-end tax processes, including tax calculations, reconciliations, and compliance reporting
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, workflow automation, digitalization, or enterprise technology implementation
- Proven capability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions
- Hands-on technical familiarity with SQL, Python, database technologies, data modeling, and modern data processing concepts
- Strong project management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous process improvements
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to facilitate clear communication and collaboration across internal and regional stakeholders
