This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting into Revenue Operations. You'll partner with commercial leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional business partners to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable architecture that serves both the need in front of us and the business we're becoming.\nYou're building from a position of momentum - and the bar is to design systems that don't need re-architecting every time we scale.\nWhat you'll own\nArchitecture & system design\nDesign and own the Salesforce architecture spanning the full commercial lifecycle - acquisition, retention, and expansion - across every participant in our ecosystem\nAbout the role\nArchitect scalable solutions for partner management, forecasting, territory mapping and allocation, pipeline reporting, and lead management\nMake the build-vs-configure and declarative-vs-code calls, with a bias toward maintainable, flexible design over short-term fixes\nThe broader stack\nOwn the system design and integration of the tools surrounding Salesforce - Gong, Stripe, Ironclad, Netsuite, and Snowflake - as one coherent architecture, connecting disconnected point solutions\nLead data migration and platform integration work, ensuring data integrity across systems\nMaintain and rationalize adjacent business systems (e.g., Clay)\nPartnership & rigor\nWork directly with RevOps and business partners to ground architecture in real requirements, objectives, and processes\nEstablish the controls, documentation, and governance that make the system auditable and durable\nBring clarity and creative solutions to ambiguous, undefined problems\nYou may be a strong fit if you\nHave 5+ years architecting and administering Salesforce in high-growth, fast-moving GTM environments\nHold Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification; Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Architect-track certifications are a strong plus\nHave deep, first-hand command of Salesforce architecture - its capabilities, its constraints, and where the platform breaks at scale\nHave implemented and maintained QTC / CPQ solutions end to end\nHave led data migrations and integrated Salesforce with financial and commercial systems (Stripe and similar)\nAre fluent in modern automation and AI-assisted workflows, and have a point of view on where they belong in a commercial stack\nHave working SQL skills and comfort operating against a data warehouse\nHave a track record of scaling Salesforce implementations - and can point to systems you built that held up as the business grew\nIn compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown.
