This is an AI-first creative role built for editors who understand modern storytelling, move fast, and know how to leverage Generative AI tools to create high-quality visual content at scale.\nWe are looking for someone who combines strong editing fundamentals with deep proficiency in AI-powered creative workflows, prompting, and visual ideation. From product explainers and launch campaigns to cinematic social content and D2C creatives, your work will directly influence how audiences engage with our brand. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director, design team, product team, and external collaborators to build visually compelling narratives that are fast, scalable, and creatively differentiated.\nWhat You’ll Own\nEdit high-quality videos for product explainers, launch campaigns, social media, performance creatives, and brand storytelling\nBuild AI-first creative workflows using Generative AI tools for ideation, visual generation, enhancement, animation, and storytelling\nUse prompting effectively to generate visual concepts, shots, references, transitions, and creative outputs\nTransform raw footage, screen recordings, AI-generated assets, and mixed media into polished, engaging narratives\nAdd motion graphics, typography, transitions, VFX, and sound design to elevate storytelling quality\nAdapt content across multiple formats including Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, ads, and product showcases\nWork cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams to execute high-volume creative output at speed\nContinuouslyexperiment with emerging AI tools, workflows, and storytelling formats to push creative boundaries\nMaintain high visual consistency, pacing, and brand quality across all deliverables\nWhat We’re Looking For\n1 - 4 years of experience as a video editor in a creative agency, brand, or studio\nStrong visual portfolio and storytelling skills with a sharp sense of pacing, composition, and emotional flow\nHigh proficiency with Generative AI tools and AI-assisted creative workflows is mandatory\nStrong understanding of prompting for image, video, and creative generation workflows\nProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut proficiency is a plus)\nBasic to intermediate motion graphics and animation skills\nStrong visual design sense, typography understanding, and cinematic editing style\nExperience working with sound design, music, and rhythm for storytelling impact\nAbility to work in fast-moving environments and deliver multiple iterations quickly\nHigh attention to detail, creative ownership, and strong execution quality\nBonus Points\nExperience using tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Freepik AI, Seedance, Sora, or similar AI creative platforms\nUnderstanding of AI-assisted ad creation workflows and short-form content systems\nExperience working on D2C or eCommerce brands tech products, or social-first campaigns\nPrior experience editing product-led videos or UI walkthroughs\nSkills in 2D/3D animation, color grading, or cinematography\nUnderstanding of
