and scaling AI models in production to power features like personalization, search, and campaign generation.\nWhat You’ll Own\nIntegrate and scale LLMs and vision models\nBuild AI pipelines with performance and cost in mind\nCollaborate with product and backend teams\nOwn real-time inference and finetuning workflows\nWork on embeddings, RAG, and vector search\nOptimize model usage across cloud platforms\nWhat We’re Looking For\nOverall experience with similar background of 6+ years\nDeep expertise in either Python or NodeJS\nAdvanced understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Diffusers and DiTs\nPractical experience calling foundation-model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs), embedding models, RAG patterns, or agentic frameworks.\nProficiency in Git, agile development, CI/CD\nExperience with API integrations\nProblem-solving mindset to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup\nPassion for building revolutionary AI products\nStrong communication and collaboration
